Accomplish

I hope to get all my credits together this year , to get on track for graduation, to be an A & B student . To be more informed in scholarships . I want to get in to a good college and be able to become a social worker like I dream of .

Next steps

I feel like the next steps I’ll do is get in contact with the social workers who have helped me, to get more information in their job, maybe be able to volenteer in their office and get some community service hours .

The Benifit

I feel like becoming a social worker will Benifit me because I somewhat know what they do and they it will help me more understand their work , and I’ll be doing what I love which is helping others. How will I help the world? Maybe not the whole world , but Ill help those who need it , I’ll help the kids who need  it. Who need to get out of the bad home they’re in.

The Road

Growing up I’ve always dealt with social workers , like I’ve said before. My dad was in and out of my life and my moms really great, but whenever my dad was involved in my life he was extremely violent , not just with my mom, but also my sibilings and I. It really did affect me once I started getting into highschool, I was in and out of counselor rooms, but that made me get really close to my counselor so for that I’m thankful, but it really did open my eyes to how much help a social worker can give. I really slacked off my first two years of highschool, but that made me wanna work harder this year and hopefully make up for all the slacking

Description on big question

My big question is basically what do I have to do , and what am I gonna do to get where I want , to become a social worker . Why did I get intrested into becoming one , well growing up that’s all I’ve dealt with. It amazes me how they go out of their way to help kids get out of the bad home they’re in.

social worker

I want to major in social working because most of my life I have been involved with social workers and I want to help the kids who have been going through stuff I have been or even worse. But im also scared to get attached to the cases. What do I mean by that? For example to get attached to one of the kids, and for the things they're going through

scholarships

It makes me sad because right now in high school I haven't done any sports, and my grades haven't been the best, therefore im super scared to not get accepted to the universities of my dreams which would be sacramento state. I feel like its to late and sac state will just look at my application and laugh but im going to sill apply and I want to start applying for scholarships but once again I don't know where to go for them and if I will actually get the help.
